RBR-Technologies is seeking a System Engineer to support one of our customers in Maryland. \n

RESPONSIBILITIES\n

This position will be focused on cyber security including identifying threats, analyzing risk, and mitigating operating system vulnerabilities and analysis tools.\n\nExperience securing applications and containers\nAnalyzes user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.\nAnalyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities.\nGuides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies.\nProvides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.\nIncorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.\nDevelops technical documentation.\nDevelops system Architecture and system design documentation.\nGuides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.\nInteracts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.\nUltimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.\nCommunicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.\n\n

REQUIREMENTS\n\nTS\/SCI w\/ Polygraph\nTwenty (20) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required\nDemonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required\nBachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.\nExperience identifying threats, analyzing risk, and mitigating operating system vulnerabilities and analysis tools (e.g. Nessus)\nExperience securing applications and containers\nExperience Using Security information and Event Management (SEIM) tools (e.g. Elasticsearch, SPLUNK)\nExperience in Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS\/IPS) implementation, monitoring, and analysis\nDesire experience with Cisco Secure Network Analytics (StealthWatch), Cisco Secure End Point (AMP), and Cisco Identify Services Engine (ISE)\nFamiliar with DoD Risk Management Framework\nFamiliar with secure, zero-trust, network architectures\nExperience writing network security documentation and other systems engineering process and lifecycle artifacts\n\n
