RBR-Technologies is seeking a System Engineer III to support one of our customers in Columbia, Maryland.\n

RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nProvide systems engineering\/cybersecurity support to weapons and space cybersecurity assessments\nAgnostic of threat, help translate adversarial mindset, threat intelligence into actionable mitigations within possible areas of CNO and CND (Computer Network Defense), System design, Network architecture \/ administration, Continuity of Operations.\nEvaluate different vulnerability findings and determine conceptual mitigations \/ next steps\nSupport Risk Management and other business process frameworks to close the gap between technical and non-technical understanding of threats\/vulnerabilities\nEnsure that evaluation\/mitigation techniques are technically sound. Ensure the technical solution articulates the mission impact and threat effectively\nAnalyzes user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to understand system requirements specifications\nProvides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.\nInteracts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.\nCommunicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.\n\n

REQUIRED QUALIFACATIONS\n\nTS\/SCI with polygraph\nMinimum of 12 years of experience (BS in STEM related field will account for 4 years)\nAt least three 3 years' experience leading, managing, and collaborating with a broad range of organizations and groups\/teams needed to accomplish the system engineering tasks\nExperience with Cybersecurity \/ System Engineering and vulnerability analysis.\nExperience with prioritization of vulnerabilities and understanding of mission impacts
System Engineering of DoD command, control, communications and intelligence (C3I) systems\nAnalyzing needs, deriving system level requirements, and contributing to the design, development, and implementation and maintenance of computer networks and systems\n\n

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\nWorking knowledge of the DoD Information Network (DODIN), DoD IT system and network certification and accreditation processes (i.e., RMF), to include system security authorization agreements and current and emerging cybersecurity threats\n\n
