North Stone Subsidiary is seeking a System Engineer - O365 Administrator to manage and optimize ITA’s Microsoft 365 services, ensuring secure and efficient enterprise collaboration. This role will focus on Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive administration, automation, and troubleshooting.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Manage and administer Microsoft 365 (O365) services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.Implement and maintain email security, compliance policies, and retention strategies.Develop automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline O365 management.Troubleshoot and resolve O365 performance, connectivity, and access issues.Assist with migration, backup, and recovery of O365 services.Provide end-user training and support for M365 applications.Other duties as assigned.  Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, MS-100/101.Experience:3+ years managing Microsoft 365 environments.Expertise in O365 security, identity management, and governance.Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Intune.Proactive approach to system monitoring and maintenanceStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to communicate technical concepts to non-technical usersCollaboration and teamwork across departmentsAttention to detail and process improvement
