We are seeking a Software Engineer to fulfill the position of System Integration and Test Engineer in support of the development and sustainment of the U.S. Navy Aegis Weapons System in Moorestown, NJ.

 

Roles/Responsibilities:

Understand overall Aegis system internal design, mission, and operating concepts. Analyze system and software requirements for new and modified functionality. Develop and maintain system-level test procedures based on software requirements which may occur prior to or concurrently with software development. Configure and integrate Aegis software components into lab equipment suites. Ensure labs and desktop test suites are configured, operational, and ready for testing. Conduct regular integration testing and execute test procedures in equipment laboratories and on desktop test suites through manual operation of the system, lab equipment, simulators, peripheral devices, and test tools. Analyze system data and record test result. Conduct troubleshooting to identify issues, isolate issues, resolve integration issues, and document unresolved issues. Capture debug and diagnostic information. Support test events and on/off-site installations. Schedule and coordinate lab resources. Mentor junior engineers and perform other duties as assigned by management.
