System Manager-Digital Production
Summary The System Manager-Digital Production leads and oversees the execution of digital initiatives, including content creation, design, and development processes. This role is responsible for managing the production team's workload, streamlining workflows, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality digital projects and campaigns. This opportunity offers flexibility with a hybrid role offering work from home options while being within driving distance of the HSHS System Office in Springfield, IL to come in as needed. Qualifications Education Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, web design, UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience) or related field is required. Associate degree in marketing, communications, web design, UI/UX, or a related field plus 3 years of experience in digital marketing, UI/UX, or project management may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. Experience Qualifications 5 years of digital marketing or digital production experience is required. 3 years of team lead experience is required. 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience may be considered in lieu of Team Lead experience. Health care experience is strongly preferred. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations N/A Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple digital projects simultaneously. Excellent organizational and project management skills to develop detailed timelines, allocate resources effectively, and meet deadlines. Strong process optimization mindset to streamline workflows, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and team members. In-depth knowledge of tools and best practices in project management, digital production, content management, web design and development, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), analytics and UI/UX. Responsibilites Collaborates with cross-functional teams to plan and execute digital projects from ideation to launch, developing project timelines and milestones while identifying and mitigating potential risks, bottlenecks, and roadblocks to keep projects on track. Analyzes and evaluates new and existing digital production processes, resources and tools to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality. Facilitates effective communication and coordination among team members, stakeholders, and external partners/vendors. Implements and enforces best practices, standards, and quality control measures. Serves as a coach, sharing knowledge of digital marketing and production best practices with colleagues across the department and organization. Leads and mentors the digital production team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Remains knowledgeable on new trends and technologies in health care, digital marketing and production, and project management. Leads a team of colleagues in human resource initiatives including but not limited to; performance management; education and development; selection and retention; workforce planning; coaching and counseling; and supporting activities that promote colleague engagement and satisfaction. Leads or supports the financial resource functions including but not limited to; managing expenses; preparing, monitoring and executing within limits of the budget; monitors productivity standards; manages the purchasing process and all decisions related to the finances for the area of responsibility. Leads or supports change and process improvement initiatives including but not limited to; strives for standard, efficient and value-added processes; communicates a clear vision; influences and motivates others; and develops strong relationships with key stakeholders.
