We are stationed at the customer's data center and perform hardware maintenance services for mainframes, storage, network systems, etc. We also receive inquiries from customers and conduct appropriate investigations and responses, and handle complaints.
In addition, upon receiving inquiries from customers, you will be asked to conduct appropriate investigations, provide answers, and respond to complaints.
There will be shift work including weekends and late nights.
