System Quality Engineer Job Description **_Would you like to take responsibility for driving Audits, and Management System Framework and Architecture?_** **What is the job about?** Based in Indija, you willbe responsible for driving implementation, maintenance, and improvement of Audits at the Group level, as well as Management System Framework and Architecture. This role has a special emphasis on ensuring full control over the Audits planning, execution and follow up, based on the applicable Grundfos and ISO requirements. Another focus area of the position is building and governing the Management System Framework and Architecture.The position direct reports to the Senior Quality Manager (Group Quality - Quality Systems **Your main responsibilities:** 1. **Management System Framework and Architecture** + Provide guidance to the stakeholders on theManagement System Framework and Architecture Conventions, and the Business Process ManagementConventions. + Generate training material and provide training, relevant to theManagement System Framework and Architecture, and Business Process Management. + Approve changes proposed by the stakeholders in theManagement System Framework and Architecture, andtheBusiness Processes,by benchmarking them with the relevant conventions. + Execute changes related to theManagement System Framework and Architecture, andtheBusiness Processes in the relevant Digital Tool. + Monitor application of the Conventions related to theManagement System Framework and Architecture, andtheBusiness Processes, createreports and escalates non-conformities with the Conventions 1. **Audits Group of Business Processes** + Drive Audit group of Business Processes and ensure conformance with the Applicable ISO Requirements and Grundfos Management System Requirements. + Monitor conformance of the Audit group of Business Processes, generate reports and escalate non-conformities, in the relevant Digital Tool. + Monitor Group and local Level Audit Programs and Plans execution, including quality of the audit findings handling. Generate reports on the programs and plans execution and escalates non-conformities in the relevant Digital Tool. + Serve as the primary point of contact with the responsible for the local audit management, providing guidance on the relevant conventions and Digital Tools. + Perform Internal Audits within the scope of the Management System Your background Furthermore, we imagine that you have: + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Organizational Sciences (preferably Quality Management), Business Administration, or a related field. + CQI/IRCA Certified ISO 9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor, CQI/IRCA Certified ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor, CQI/IRCA certified ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor, and CQI/IRCA certified ISO 50001:2018 Lead Auditor certificates are advantage. + Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management systems, with a strong background in problem solving, business process governance and audit performance management. + Proven experience in performing audits and handling audit findings + Competence in problem solving and continuous improvement tools such as: 5W2H, KAIZEN, 5Why, FTA and 8D reporting + Good communication skills, written and verbal, English **What’s in it for you?** What are your goals?
