Competitive Pay: $115,000 annually, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time 

Essential Functions and Duties: Gather and document business requirements, processes, and workflows Translate business needs into functional specifications for technology teams Collaborate with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure project success Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions Maintain clear communication between business and technical teams Support testing to ensure requirements are met and functionality is validated
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience as a system analyst, business analyst, or similar role in financial reporting and accounting within the medical insurance or healthcare industry Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business administration, or related field in the absence of equivalent work experience Hands-on experience with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., Oracle Financials, SAP, Epic, Power BI), working knowledge of programming theory and various programming software and languages (i.e. MySQL, C#, Transact-SQL, python, .Net) and a high proficiency with SQL and database management Authorized to work in the United States
