We are hiring a System Support Associate Analyst who will support ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems at the facilities, at the end-users homes and providing its support across the organization, with a special focus on supporting the IT tasks in the on/offboarding processes. This position will be responsible diagnosing system issues, troubleshooting hardware and software malfunctions, and working closely with Europe Central IT Engineers, Operations and Facilities departments to ensure continuous system availability and optimal performance of equipment. You must possess great communication skills, high energy, the ability to multi-task, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILTIES:
Provide 1st line local technical support for IT systems and facility-related IT equipment, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, Collaborate with facility teams to identify and resolve technical issues with IT equipment, Assist the central IT Team in conducting local performance reviews to anticipate potential issues and implement preventative measures, Assist in the setup, configuration, and support of computer systems, networks, and hardware for office and facility use, Goods handling after purchases and keeping records according to (regional) procedures, Supporting new hires in setting up, packing, and preparing their equipment for shipment according to Quality standards, Support the installation, repair, and maintenance of IT equipment, ensuring all equipment is operational and up-to-date, Prepare training documentation/instructions for IT systems to ensure proper usage and minimal downtime, Conduct local periodic system audits according to standard operating procedures and (regional) Information Security policies in collaboration with the Regional Information Security Manager, Coordinate with the Regional Sr. IT Engineers for maintenance and upgrades of systems, Eagerness to learn new or advancing technologies as the need emerges.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school or Bachelor's Degree; Experience: Min. 1 year of work experience Language Proficiencies: Native in Turkish, Proficiency in English Skilled in identifying and assessing deficiencies in business IT systems. Adept at communicating effective solutions and identifying areas for system improvement. Experienced in supporting end-users in the use of IT systems and software Highly organized, with expertise in managing files, records, and generating reports. Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking skills for evaluating and solving IT-related issues.
