The System Integration Testing Engineer will be responsible for the integration testing of complex systems and ensuring **regulatory compliance** .
+ Understand and document regulatory requirements and standards.
+ Influence hardware and software design to ensure quality and meeting global regulatory standards.
+ Stay updated on relevant regulatory changes.
+ Ensure Ford products pass certification tests at agency labs by working side-by-side on validation per qualifying norms.
+ Prepare and maintain detailed test reports, compliance documentation, and regulatory submissions.
+ Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential compliance issues.
+ Continuously improve testing and compliance processes to enhance product reliability and regulatory adherence.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product requirements, validation, and failure analyses.

+ Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Systems Engineering.
+ 4+ years of experience in system integration testing and regulatory compliance, preferably in Automotive, EV, Charging/Energy management industry.
+ Knowledge of regulatory standards and requirements relevant to EV industry, specifically UL, IEC, ISO as applicable to electrical and electronics modules /assemblies.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Strong communication and documentation skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
+ Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation strategies
