Importance and aim of the job:

 

Qualification of customer and SIG staff according to valid global standards in order to reduce service costs and downtime. raise machine efficiencies, improve product quality and customer satisfaction

 

Key job functions and success-relevant tasks:

 

Execution of technical trainings at SIG Training Centers and customer sites worldwide Independent preparation and wrap-up of trainings, including completing training record documentation and evaluation of training success Delivery of technical assessment programs and other training-related service products Participation in technical trainings and onsite activites to build / maintain technical competence Responsibility for the technical status and condition of training equipment Creation of training documentation and training resources, including translation support and digitalisation of training material Support other Training Center related activities as directed by supervisor, such as sleeve material and filling line equipment testing Provide training consultation services to customers and internal departments Support new System Trainers in qualification with mentoring and coaching, including trainer certification as authorized Actively participate in new equipment installations onsite, innovation projects and other related activities as directed by supervisor and inline with the best interests of SIG Combibloc

Education:

Bachelor Degree or trade qualification in Mechanical / Electrical or (preferably) Mechatronic Engineering, dairy/food processing, or related field
