Summary

Summary: Designs and provides systems training for Physician Practices staff to assure a maximum level of efficiency.   Designs training programs for Faculty Practice Plan for new computer functionality, implementing new policies, New Employee Orientation, and other Sinai related physician practices. Develops training curriculum and competency testing. Design competency program for annual employee review. Creates evaluation tools to measure employee understanding of class.

 

Requirements: 

3-5 years of experience required *** Bachelor's degree in a Related Field and related work experience in a health care environment or a combu=ination of education and experience equivalent to is preferred
