System Verification Engineer Job Number: 354339 Category: Systems Engineering Description: Job Title: System Verification Engineer Location: Greensboro, NC Zip Code: 27409 Start Date: ASAP Job Type: Contract Pay Rate: $40.00 - $48.00/hr DoE Keywords: #SystemEngineer #VerificationEngineer JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Leading the verification activities on various tests objects * Developing and implementation of the System test plan * Partnering with local and global colleagues to coordinate test activities * Creating software packages and software breakdowns for test objects and the maintenance of these test objects in the appropriate systems. * Documenting problem issues and working with software development teams to secure completeness and quality of features and functionalities in each baseline delivery. * Interacting with multiple engineers and teams by providing testing status. * Participating in design implementation by supporting with training and knowledge transfer activities * Mentoring and coaching team members REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelors Degree in Engineering * Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in automotive systems validation or related fields. * Genuine knowledge of the purpose of verification / validation and common verification / validation processes * Experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis * Knowledge of automotive protocols and technologies * Experience in using test and verification measuring and monitoring equipment for both physical and data bus signals * Knowledge and experience with automotive electrical and electronics development and diagnostics tools * Knowledge of international Environmental / Mechanical / Electrical Requirements according to ISO and JAE standards * Knowledge of the physical, electrical and EMC environment of the commercial vehicles * Software Validation or related experience * Commercial driver"s license a plus If you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
