Description Key Responsibilities: + Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers across on-prem and cloud environments. + Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, or Python). + Implement and manage cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS), including virtual machines, storage, identity, and networking. + Use Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep) for provisioning and configuration. + Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and capacity. + Administer Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365. + Support patch management, backup/recovery strategies, and endpoint protection. + Collaborate with security and DevOps teams to maintain secure and compliant environments. + Support CI/CD infrastructure and integrate system health monitoring and alerts (e.g., via Azure Monitor, Splunk, Datadog). Requirements + 4+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Infrastructure Engineer. + Strong expertise with Windows Server and Linux systems. + Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP also valuable). + Scripting experience in PowerShell, Python, or Bash. + Familiarity with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes a plus). + Experience with monitoring tools and log management systems. + Hands-on with identity and access management, including Azure AD, MFA, and SSO integrations. + Understanding of networking fundamentals (firewalls, VPNs, DNS, load balancing). Preferred Experience: Zero Trust or modern security frameworks. Familiarity with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet for configuration management. Exposure to Microsoft Intune, Defender for Endpoint, or Sentinel.
