Overview

Responsible for assisting in designing, planning and implementing modifications to servers and applications, including security, access, and documentation. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures as they relate to the applications and servers that provide value to our customers.

 

On-site position- Must be in a commutable distance to Independence, OH. 

Responsibilities Demonstrates a steadfast commitment to meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations while also achieving the goal of reducing the risks and costs of providing services. Works to build an effective partnership with the internal customer daily. Listens to customers and asks the appropriate questions to resolve their requirements. Primary responsibilities will focus on Enterprise IT Applications (Email, Instant Messaging, Databases, and other collaboration services) Performs intermediate level troubleshooting of host systems and middleware, databases. Assists in developing standard methodologies related to system/application performance, capacity and archiving. Monitors and/or troubleshoots automated systems and application functions by using tools for verification of services, supervising tool set availability and detecting, reporting, escalating, tracking and detailing anomalies. Maintains system and application documentation (application architecture drawings, standard methodologies and performance and capacity metrics). Qualifications Bachelor's degree with a technical major or equivalent experience. System and server OS certifications a plus 2-4 years of related experience with degree You are self-motivated, results oriented with a positive outlook Advanced ability to navigate through Windows/Linux and execute commands Intermediate knowledge of Windows, LINUX, and VMWARE configurations and functions Possess an Understanding and Experience Administering Exchange 2013 Possess an Understanding and Experience Administering Office 365 Possess an Understanding and Experience Administering Lync 2013 Possess an Understanding and Experience Administering SQL Server 2012 and 2014 Experience leading an Enterprise IT FTP based solution Experience leading an Enterprise Citrix Environment Application Security, Scripting (VBScript/PowerShell), and TMG experience considered an asset Keys to Success

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $69,918- $86,020. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
