Description ***Candidate must be located in either Las Vegas, Reno/Tahoe, Atlanta, Grand Rapids, Austin, or Houston. These positions will have a primary job of working on IT tickets and being second level support for issues escalated from the Help Desk. The position is a full time, hybrid position. Because the candidate will need to be near one of the Data Centers, the candidate must have a valid driver’s license and be within driving distance of one of Switch’s locations.
