\n\nYOUR TASKS:\n\n\n\nAttend to Service Desk Tickets for Australia Resolver Groups.\nProvide support to AU IT Team for Hosting , Network Services & Application Support Services.\nProvide Proactive Notification to key stakeholders for all Emergency Incidents, via email, verbal & ticket updates.\nMaintain infrastructure & data and resolve problems either through personal action or by organizing resolution through a third party (Vendor / Supplier / Regional IT Support).\nDevelop, participate, and comply with technical standards to ensure optimal up time of infrastructure within Australia.\nAssist provide service to the Program delivery team in Australia.\n\n

\nKEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:\n\n\n\nDegree in Computing Science / Information Systems. ITIL certification would be an advantage but not necessary\n3 year or more experience in a technical support role would be an advantage.\nMust have good interpersonal & communication skills\nStrong Linux /Windows skills\nRed Hat Certified Administrator\nExperience using Apache Software\nKnowledge of CISCO Systems - CCNA\nITIL V3 Foundation\nVMware vSphere\nKnowledge of AWS or Azure Cloud based systems\nTechnical Documentation Writing\nProgramming/scripting experience would be an added advantage.\nKnowledge of Relational Databases, Linux, 4GL Programming, including PHP web programming.\nExperience in Linux test Utility (SED, GREP and AWK).\nAbility to work on flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays.\n\n\n\nOUR OFFER:\n\n\n\nStrong career support in an international environment.\n\n\nGreat culture and colleagues.\n\n\nMultifarious benefit programme.\n\n\n\nDo you see a personal challenge in these versatile and responsible tasks?
