A leading consulting firm in the San Francisco Bay Area is hiring a Systems Administrator that is strong or specialized in OpenText Exceed TurboX (ETX) to work 100% Remotely.

As a specialized Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimization of the OpenText Exceed TurboX and VNC Connect services for the global user base. As the Systems Administrator for this environment you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, monitor system performance, and contribute to capacity planning for environment growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain OpenText Exceed TurboX services, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Exceed TurboX, providing support to end-users and ensuring seamless remote access. Monitor system performance, generate usage reports to ensure proper capacity planning for environment growth, and optimize configurations to meet organizational needs. Collaborate with other IT teams to enhance the performance and security of ETX/VNC services.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with OpenText Exceed TurboX or similar remote access management tools. Strong troubleshooting skills with Linux and experience in resolving complex technical issues. Proficiency in system performance monitoring and capacity planning. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
