As a ServiceNow Admin || Greater DC Area– You will:

\r\n\r\n

REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVES)

\r\n\r\n

Clearance Required : PUBLIC TRUST

\r\n\r\n

Requirements :

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tBachelor’s Degree with 5-10 years of relevant experience or master’s with 3-4 years of prior relevant experience in ITSM administration.\r\n\tAdditional years of work experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAt least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow Administration\r\n\tMust clear DOJ Public Trust\r\n\tExperience with ServiceNow upgrades.\r\n\tStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.\r\n\tExperience integrating ServiceNow with external systems\r\n\tExperience using Workflow Editor to configure workflows.\r\n\tITIL Foundations Certification a plus.\r\n\tAbility to be a self-starter, pay strict attention to detail, and multitask across multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced, team-based environment.\r\n\tExperience or familiarity with Agile development and testing methodology.\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a Contract opportunity.

\r\n\r\n

Location : Washington DC, Some travel in San Francisco, Chicago, and New York

\r\n\r\n

Contract : 6+ Month

\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate : $65-75 /Per hour .

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
