Why We Need You!

The Systems Administrator role at Ivanti involves installing, configuring, administering, and maintaining corporate and engineering lab infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in MS servers, Active Directory, O365, Azure AD, VMWare, Linux servers, and SAN/NAS storage systems. They should also possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. A top candidate would be attracted to this role because they will have the opportunity to work with complex systems, implement innovative applications, and contribute to the maintenance and support of standard applications. Additionally, they will have the chance to learn new technologies, be a part of a team that values ITIL practices, and work on after-hours projects as necessary.

About The Team

The Information Technology department is responsible for establishing, monitoring and maintaining information systems, security and services, including artificial intelligence solutions. Our group works collaboratively with other business units to document business requirements, then solves for those requirements through a variety of aligned platforms which make up our enterprise architecture.

What You Will Be Doing

Provision, build, configure, and deploy physical and virtual servers Administrate MS Active Directory, MS O365 enterprise environments, and Azure AD Configure, monitor, and optimize MS Servers, MS Active Directory, MS SQL Server, VMWare ESX, and Linux-based servers Maintain and manage Windows Server and Broadcom (VMWare) virtual environments Monitor, tune, and optimize physical and virtual servers Configure TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and SSL Recover failed servers and utilize backup tools (Rubrik, Veeam) Monitor, tune, and optimize SAN and NAS storage systems

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have

4 Year degree in related field or equivalent relevant experience Strong analytical, process-oriented, evaluative and problem-solving abilities Excellent customer service and communication skills Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology

Experience Preferred:

Strong ITIL practices in IT systems administration Relevant Microsoft certification is desired Broadcom (VMWare) certification is desired NSXT experience is desired
