GovCIO is currently hiring for a remote System Administrator - Tier 2 Support with an active Secret clearance in support of our DEA Bluestone program.
Responsibilities Will serve as an escalation point for the field service customer support professionals that are onsite supporting over 300 customer sites with approximately 18,000 users worldwideIdeal candidate would have over five years of Windows system administration experience and be comfortable working in a team environmentLooking for a self-starter who is willing to ensure top level customer support is provided to users as well as field service personnel Qualifications Bachelor's with 5 - 8 years of IT administration support experience (or commensurate experience)Clearance Required: Active Secret clearanceWorking directly with Customers to resolve problems such as:Network access, remote and localFile access/restoreiPhone setupO365/M365 Email accessMicrosoft Office ApplicationsWindows Server maintenance, troubleshootingActive Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNSPrinter/Plotter SetupiDRAC (local and remote server management)Backup systemsCohesityCommvaultVPN TechnologiesZscalerCisco AnyConnectCitrix VDIVMwareESXivCenter Server
