Your Impact:

Assist in maintaining and supporting collaborative meeting technologies through Smart Conferencing, ensuring seamless AV operations in conference rooms. Handle escalated incidents and requests for advanced conference room support.

Participate in planning and executing enhancements for conference room technologies in alignment with long-term goals.

Develop and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) for workplace technology services providing insights to support issue resolution and strategic planning.

Contribute to the employee engagement services by supporting platforms such as the Ready Freddie employee mobile application.

Conduct platform data mining to uncover usage patterns, optimize costs, and drive analytics-based decision-making.

Partner with Collaboration and Service Desk teams for development and SME support of workplace technology solutions.

Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years in systems analysis or a related role, with demonstrated expertise in workplace technology, service management, and dashboard analytics.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience managing AV and Smart Conferencing solutions in a corporate environment.

Strong proficiency in tools and technologies such as ServiceNow, data analytics platforms, and enterprise collaboration tools.

Solid understanding of platform analytics and user feedback mechanisms to optimize technology deployments.

Keys to Success in this Role:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working across technical and non-technical teams.

Ability to lead projects, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Advanced proficiency in creating performance metrics, reporting dashboards, and analyzing technology trends.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
