Position Overview:The System Analyst, Senior, will be part of the Freddie Mac's Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team within Enterprise Business Technology Office. This team is responsible for partnering with the Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance organizations to deliver mission-critical solutions and capabilities that transform the business. This role will be supporting our development efforts within the Operational Risk area, implementing and deploying Governance, Risk and Compliance initiatives and collaborating with multidiscipline technology teams.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, identifying business needs and translating them into actionable tasks, you will participate in the full software development lifecycle, leveraging the latest technologies and architectures. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
Our Impact:Delivery of Enterprise Risk Management solutions to optimally assess and track all risks, issues, controls, and compliance.
Delivery of integrations between ERM and other systems
Delivery and support of solutions for common Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) data platform to enable effective ERM data analytics and reporting.
Collaboration with other technology teams to advance our technical capabilities, automate and optimize processes to meet business challenges
Adoption of FHFA comprehensive Regulatory Reporting modifications and resolution of outstanding data quality issues.

Qualifications:College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred
Typically has 5 - 7 years related experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business challenges and develop solutions
5+ years of experience in design and development of applications and web services
8+ years of experience as a business analyst
4+ years of experience with T-SQL or PL-SQL
Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS
Experience with various databases, such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server
Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps
Experience with development and implementation of integration tests, and system tests to ensure the software works correctly and efficiently
Hands on experience in ServiceNow Platform

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
