Position Overview:Enterprise Operations & Technology Division's Service Management and Global Operations team is looking for a Systems Analysis, Senior with strong analytical qualities, sound technology experience, and superb interpersonal skills. The primary responsibilities will be to provide analysis, planning, testing, documentation, coordination, and reporting of compliance and remediation activities. Additionally, as a Systems Analysis, Senior, the candidate shall optimally support other multiple concurrent technology projects and products in a fast-paced environment working closely with other teams within IT.

Your Impact:Manage/lead compliance reporting, vulnerability remediation activities and reporting, control testing, and assist area leads with analyzing and coordinating remediation and compliance activities across Service Management and Global Operations.
Work on and/or lead tasks belonging to multiple and concurrent projects. Engage with stakeholders to identify, understand, and complete business and non-functional scope, requirements, and processes.
Develop test plans and provide support to ensure accurate and reliable control and compliance remediation and validation.
Lead and/or support assigned ad-hoc activities related to business technology, analysis requests, and vulnerability remediation.
Qualifications:College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred
Typically has 5 - 7 years related experience
Experience with Change control best practices
Experience with Application Support and/or Infrastructure Support
Experience with Change Management, Release Management, Event Management, and Incident Management in a large Enterprise production environment
Experience with supporting IT projects including infrastructure projects
Experience with Operations involving production application support and production infrastructure support
Strong analytical and process design skills
Experience with troubleshooting system or product issues
High level understanding of cloud, hardware, software, and infrastructure technologies (networking, file systems, databases etc.,)

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
