Systems Analyst 1-Support

Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure. This team focuses on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. As a Systems Engineer - Support, you will interface with the customer's IT staff on a regular basis. You will be responsible for resolution of moderately complex technical problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance and use and repair/workarounds for our Millennium Middleware and Security platform and Cloud Identity and Access Management platform.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Because of substantial customer interfacing, a demonstrated ability to work with customers on an independent basis, while constantly achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction is essential. 

Qualifications:

At least 4 years total combined completed higher education and/or related work experience including: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience. U.S. Citizenship on U.S. soil is required.  This position requires you to be eligible to receive a federal security clearance which requires you to be a U.S. Citizen. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with general application support Good knowledge and hands on experience with  Unix/Linux commands and/or troubleshooting Windows systems troubleshooting SQL and relational databases
