Must have skills:

Good understanding of Server Virtualization solution like VMware vSphere and Nutanix. Build\manage virtual infrastructure for our clients. Secure the infrastructure with latest OS patch, drivers & firmware.  Perform daily operational and pro-active checks to maintain availability. Support major upgrade and migration projects. Develop SOP documents and implement best practices. Support 24x7 On-call and troubleshoot critical events.  Experience in performance tuning and capacity planning.

Good to have skills:

Deep understanding on VDI solutions like VMware Horizon & Citrix. Hands on experience on managing Dell VxRail, Cisco UCS and HP blade servers.  Train and mentor junior Engineers on Server Virtualization solutions.
