Systems Analyst 3-Support

Job Duties: Deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. Responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues. May telecommute. Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a Software engineering-related occupation. Position requires:

Application Development including Java SE, Node.js, RESTful web services, AngularJS, Spring, Hibernate, HTML5, and CSS3; Database Knowledge including Teradata, Oracle MSSQL, MySQL, and Mongo DB; Machine Learning including R, Python, and PL/SQL; Data visualization and Data Analytics; Data Integration BI tools including SSIS, Talend, IBM Datastage, Informatica, IBM Cognos, Tableau, and Microsoft PowerBI; Application/Database Testing and Monitoring including LoadRunner, Vugen, and Selenium; AI/ML Technologies and Data Analytics; and, OCI Cloud technologies.
