What success looks like in this role:

All except Home Affairs: • Strives for high levels of client satisfaction for the products/solutions supported. • Capable of addressing questions regarding the installation, configuration and customization of the supported product sometimes with reference to others. • Responds to problems in a timely and accurate manner. • May research and resolve higher level support issues as required with supervision • May work on billable engagements as required to meet current client requirements. Awareness of new services available. • Escalates product issues to a more senior Analyst of the Group when unable to resolve them with available tools and skills. • Attempts to reproduce reported problems Documents resolutions to reported problems. • Awareness of applicable work products and activities. Identifies product and documentation deficiencies • The incumbent will produce the following artifacts: Support Requests (Contacts) Trouble Reports (ClearQuest Defects, UCFs). Home Affairs: • Incident management lower level Technical issues, • Application Administration and troubleshooting, • Follow up with clients to perform fixes and to confirm resolutions, • Documentation and knowledge administration, • Ticket and queue management of Incident and Change Management in Service Manager 9, • Active Directory Administration,

You will be successful in this role if you have:

All except Home Affairs: • Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years’ experience including relevant technical expertise • Develops competence by performing structured work assignments • Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems • Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others Home Affairs: • Minimum of three years’ technical experience in similar role or Field Services or Service Desk • with knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell • Symantec Anti-Virus and Endpoint Management • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Visio) • Windows 10 and Windows 7 • Security clearance required
