As a member of the CSS organization, your focus is to deliver expert technical services and support the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves onsite technical delivery and providing post-sales technical consultancy for our OCI customers.

Leading contributor individually and as a senior team member you are expected to deliver high quality technical expertise to Oracle customers through CSS projects and services.  Because of substantial customer interfacing, a demonstrated ability to work with customers on an independent basis with exceptional communication skills, while consistently achieving the absolute highest levels of customer satisfaction is a key requirement. Having business acumen and knowledgeable in IT Industry current trends is a plus for this position.

As a Senior Advanced Services Engineer you are expected to be a superb expert member of the project teams.  You have to be highly skilled in several technical domains which are core for this role : Cloud computing, ideally OCI, experience with other cloud vendors will be valued. Working experience with IaC is a must, preferably with Terraform and Ansible. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo or GitLab is needed. Technical knowledge of Cloud networking basics, Oracle database and/or Oracle FMW stack are a plus.  

This position also requires that you have had previous experience performing in roles with some IT Architectural responsibilities.  IT Architecture and Cloud certification are desirable (eg. OCI Architect, Other cloud vendors, TOGAF).
