**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Systems Analyst** to join our team working in **Crane, IN.** This is an on-site position. As a core member, you will assist in the research & design, engineering, integration, testing, training, logistics, laboratory research, field engineering, and acquisition and operations analysis in support of a variety of Navy and Marine Corps programs and projects with a focus on defensive cyber technologies, mission assurance, and resilience capabilities for the tactical network environment. Your effort will go towards dramatically increasing the warfighter’s effectiveness. If you enjoy working on a highly collaborative and dynamic team and want to make a difference for the warfighter, then we would love to have you on our team! **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Formulates/defines system scope and objectives for assigned projects + Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results + Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written + Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation + Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming + Has good understanding of the business or function for which applications is designed + Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in any discipline; an Associates degree and 9+ years of experience OR a High School Diploma and 11+ years of additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree + 5+ years of Systems Analyst or related experience **Preferred Qualifications:** + Masters Degree in any discipline + Experience with Six Sigma and Root Cause analysis skills + Understanding of virtualization Technologies **Clearance Requirements:** + Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active TS/SCI clearance **Physical Requirements:** + The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time + Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations ManTech International Corporation, as well as its subsidiaries proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
