Job Summary

The systems analyst is responsible for monitoring and screening email alerts. Quantifying and providing a detailed analysis of the types of alerts received. Identifying those that need immediate attention and escalating the identified issue to the appropriate person or department.

Area of expertise (Skills) Effective communication skills  A high level of motivation, flexibility, and the ability to work autonomously are critical. Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Data Management Systems Management    Basic knowledge of Database (Oracle). API request and response behaviors Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel  Knowledge of analytical tools such as Glassbox, Splunk, SQL, TAS, JIRA, and Clarify.  High level of analysis and decision-making Analytical Capacity on Trends and Sequences logics looking forward to detecting areas of opportunities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.  Analytics skills on critical alerts for the business operations and potential risks in the transactions and system development additionally run detailed SQL reports detailed-oriented.  Other Skills and Experiences (Min) Bachelor’s degree preferably in IT or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 6 months of BPO experience is desirable. At least 6 months of experience in handling database Education
