Systems Analyst

The employee shall work with the SBC Manager on the following items:
I. Cross-functional process improvement/cost savings projects; the activities may include but may not be limited to the following:
Identification of process gaps or business risks (if any) Gathering facts and figures about the project Provide initial process improvement recommendations Conduct working sessions/consultations with the Business Units to get insights/additional inputs or concurrence. Documentation of the proposed policy, procedures, and guidelines to institutionalize any process enhancement Conduct project post-implementation review
II. Enterprise Risk Management (ER ) Support
Shall work closely with the Process Owners to identify, assess, and treat different risks and risk levels in various BU and ensure that proper per-risk management strategy is instituted to manage risks. Shall work closely with the Internal Audit and Systems and Business Controls in the conduct of audits/assessments to validate and effectiveness of Risk Treatments. Shall support in developing dashboards and analytics that help visualize performance and assess the effectiveness of risk treatments Shall support the ERM Manager in consolidating risks at the BU level and preparing periodic update reports to the SMC Risk Committee, including the BU Risk Management Plan
