The Procurement Digital Innovation group is seeking a Systems Analyst to join our team.
As the Systems Analyst, you will oversee Procurement IT Business System implementations, enhancements, and issue resolution from start to finish, ensuring that key milestones are reported to the organization, including senior leadership. You will lead cross-functional meetings, providing internal and external support for implemented systems, while developing and delivering training as needed. Tracking issues to resolution and managing the delivery of system enhancements will also be part of your responsibilities.
You will ensure that new Procurement IT Business System projects are completed on time and within budget by engaging with both internal and external teams to support and facilitate projects. Representing Procurement on various cross-functional calls, you will help drive project objectives forward. Additionally, you will manage development timelines and cross-functional communication to ensure on-time project launches.

Responsibilities Rapid Learning: Quickly and thoroughly understand International Procurement business systems and processes.Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with end users, cross-functional teams, vendors, and management.Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate potential issues, proactively manage changes, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Implementation Follow-Through: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and ensure successful implementation.Deadline Management: Handle tight deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Vendor and Team Interaction: Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to meet program timing and quality expectations.System Support: Provide support for existing systems while managing plans for current and future system implementations.Communication: Maintain open and frequent communication on program status with cross-functional and procurement leadership teams. Minimum Requirements At least 3 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience
