Systems Analyst
Job Description:

The Role

A successful systems analyst will be a key member of an agile delivery squad but is also involved in solutioning with our Squad Leads / Product Owners to gather & document business requirements, helping with current state analysis of our systems, helping define our technology solution, and partnering with QA in test case preparation. The role requires great collaboration with members of various business and IT groups throughout the life cycle of a product/application.

Bachelor’s degree required

Two (2) years systems analysis experience required

Experience working within an Agile software development framework

Experience with database query tools / Strong SQL skills

Bring broad application & technology knowledge, drawing on your experience with (e.g.) SQL, use-case mapping, business process and system workflow documentation

Demonstrate organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet objectives

Are an entrepreneurial problem solver comfortable accepting, proposing and leading change

Nice to Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a field of study with a combined business and technical orientation

Domain experience within financial services

Ability to thrive within the country’s largest grantmaker (over $10BB granted annually for $50BB AUM)

Experience/knowledge of RESTful APIs, working on front-end and back-end applications
