Description We are in the process of recruiting a Systems Analyst for our team located in POLAND, Ohio, 44514-3679, United States. The selected candidate will be responsible for Google Workspace administration, including setting up new accounts, Gmail, Intercom, Cloudflare, and DNS administration. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Administer Google Workspace, including the setup of new accounts • Oversee Gmail operations and ensure smooth functionality • Manage Intercom communications and troubleshoot any related issues • Oversee Cloudflare operations and conduct regular system checks • Administer the DNS, ensuring all systems are running efficiently • Utilize Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking • Implement Citrix Technologies for improved workspace solutions • Leverage Cloud Technologies for efficient data management and storage • Work with IBM and Linux Technologies for system development and management • Conduct AB Testing to ensure the efficiency of new systems or changes • Oversee Active Directory operations and maintain its efficiency • Implement Agile Scrum methodologies for project management • Manage Backup Technologies to ensure data safety and availability • Prepare Business Requirement Document detailing the system requirements and specifications • Ensure smooth operation of DNS - Domain Name System. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Systems Analyst role or similar. • Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira is necessary. • Familiarity with Citrix Technologies is required. • Sound knowledge of Cloud Technologies is expected. • Experience with IBM systems would be advantageous. • Proficiency in Linux Technologies would be highly valuable. • Demonstrated experience in AB Testing is essential. • Familiarity with Active Directory is needed. • Proven experience with Agile Scrum is essential. • Must be well-versed in Backup Technologies. • Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents is required. • Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly GMail. • Must have a solid understanding of DNS - Domain Name System. • Experience with DNS in general is also required.
