Your role will be to lead and facilitate the process of gathering business requirements through interviewing or conducting requirements session to generate detailed business requirements. _Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ Rate: $50 - $70 / hr. w2 **Responsibilities:** + The role involves defining features which enable alerts and notification to be delivered to support many business-critical functions. + The role requires a motivated individual who is a self-starter and can work productively in a fast-paced environment and drive and deliver required outcomes. You must be resourceful and demonstrate strong organizational skills. + You will be responsible for leading analysis activities and ensuring that holistic approaches are taken to ensure solutions are well-conceived and delivered to the highest standards. + You will work with technology and business partners to understand project objectives, timelines, use cases and requirements. + Cross functional teams need you to translate business requirements for large projects and minor enhancements into systems design specifications. + You will work closely with the developers to ensure that all systems design requirements are understood. **Experience Requirements:** + The role will involve business requirements review, systems requirements and capability analysis, solution design, and working closely with business partners and the development team + Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile team with a focus on continuous delivery + 8 years or more total experience in a liaising role working between business users and development teams + 3 years as a business systems analyst defining and documenting business processes into actionable items for development teams to execute on + Systems analysis and design in a software development environment + Prior fintech industry experience + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field + Experience using agile tools such as Jira and Confluence _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
