Our client, in the retail industry, is seeking a Systems Analyst II to join their team. As a Systems Analyst II, you will be part of an agile technology team supporting critical product initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Systems Analyst II
**Location:** Columbus, OH (Onsite 3 of 5 days a week, Tuesday - Thursday)

**What's the Job?**
+ Write requirements, including epics and user stories, based on direction from the Product Manager and technical knowledge.
+ Assist in defining application designs and functionality, performing configuration, testing, and implementation of applications.
+ Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand upcoming work for the product/applications, including business objectives and user needs.
+ Lead story estimation with the technical team and facilitate discussions for user stories before the work begins.
+ Create and maintain product/application documentation, including process models and support materials.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
+ 3+ years of relevant experience in a Systems Analyst role.
+ Experience with software development life-cycle and implementation methodologies.
+ Proficiency in working with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
+ Strong verbal communication and technical writing skills.
