業務内容※

要件定義:法人のお客様向けにソリューションパッケージの仕様を説明し、ユーザからビジネス要件をヒアリングし、システム実装要件の収集・分析・定義・提案・ドキュメンテーションを行いますプロジェクトマネジメント:プロジェクトマネージャーと協力して、プロジェクト計画を立て、プロジェクトの完遂を支援しますテクニカルサポート:プロジェクトマネージャー、実装チーム、お客様とコミュニケーションを行い、実装内容がビジネス要件とアラインするように設計・開発・テストなど工程をレビューし、実装における各種課題解決を支援しますソシューション導入業務において、プロセス改善・コンプライアンス強化等内部の改善改革に積極的に参加し、貢献しますカスタマーエンゲージメントにおいて、計画・リソーシング・管理・トラッキング・報告あらゆる面で提案を行います実装チームとお客様のコミュニケーションを支援し、必要に応じて内部・外部向けにプレゼンテーションを行います。ベストプラクティスとなるソシューション構築に貢献します。必要に応じて内部・外部の会議に参加します。国内外に出張する場合があります。

大学もしくは大学院卒3~5年関連ソフトウェア導入の各種関連業務(ビジネスアナリシス、テクノロジーコンサルティング、設計、開発、移行、切替、プロジェクトマネジメント等)に携わる経験エンタープライズソリューションソフトウェアの要件定義、ドキュメンテーション(ビジネスフロー、システムフロー、要件定義書等)経験社内外、国内外、グローバルかつ部門間・会社間を渡って、日英語圏の様々なステークホルダーと協業し、プロジェクトを進行する経験ソフトウェアライフサイクル、品質管理、ITプロセスを理解し、バリデーション対象となるシステムのデリバリーができる一貫性・信頼性がある高度なコミュニケーション能力問題分析、解決に導くコンサルティング手法と能力を持つ当事者意識をもって、安全性、コンプライアンス、高品質、およびサイバーセキュリティを遵守する日本語ネイティブレベル英語ビジネスレベル

Job Title: Business Analyst

Thermo Fisher is seeking a new colleague who is passionate about customer experience, is technologically savvy, and has a
passion for the digitization of science. The vision of the Digital Science Business Unit is to make it easy for our scientific
customers to generate value in their research, development, and manufacturing lab operations through digitalization.
The Business Analyst will play a key role in the successful implementation and optimization of Digital Science software and
solutions. You will work closely with customers from various functions across R&D, preclinical, manufacturing, including
laboratory operations, IT, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, to gather and analyze business requirements, define
system specifications, and ensure the effective utilization of the Digital Science software to meet the organization's needs.
The Business Analyst, working with Services Managers, Consultants, Project Managers, and our Digital Transformation teams
in Global Services, work to ensure Digital Science products are fit for purpose and deliver business value to our customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic:
• Trusted advisor to our customers, account managers, services leaders, project managers, and delivery teams.
• Maintain and assume accountability for a culture of high customer service.
• Effectively contribute to the digitalization of our customer’s environments through successful work delivery.
• Work with broader organization to achieve business objectives, expand multi-functional client engagements.
• Effectively share knowledge to strengthen and improve the capabilities of the global services team.
• Provide feedback to product management and engineering to rapidly advance our product capabilities to meet customer
needs and expectations.
• Contribute to 3rd party technology, product, and solution evaluations in the context of our portfolio.
Operational:
• Collaborate with customers to gather business requirements and translate them into information system requirements.
• Analyze information systems to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes or updates.
• Work with project managers to create project plans, manage timelines, and ensure projects are completed on time and
within budget.
• Develop and maintain user requirements documents, requirements trace matrix (RTM) documents, and other technical
documentation.
• Communicate with customers, project managers, and consultants to ensure everyone is in alignment regarding project
requirements.
• Assist with system testing and quality assurance to ensure the system meets business requirements.
• Contribute to improving processes, ensuring compliance, and driving improvements.
• Provide recommendations into planning, resource allocation, management, tracking, and reporting on all aspects of
customer engagements.
• Facilitate team and customer meetings effectively; deliver engaging, informative presentations both to internal and
external audiences.
• Contribute to building solutions consulting competency and practices.
• Travel, as needed, for internal and customer meetings.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Experience collecting, synthesizing, and documenting requirements for enterprise software solutions, preferably in life
and laboratory sciences.
• Experience creating User Requirements Specifications, Requirements Traces Matrix, user stories, and flow diagrams.
• Broad knowledge of relevant technologies (LIMS, LES, ELN, SDMS) and implications in the delivery of scientific solutions,
and the ability to demonstrate the same to deliver impactful solutions to meet business requirements.
• Proven experience delivering in a matrix, global environment, across internal and external resources.
• Understanding of SDLC, Quality and IT processes in the context of delivering and supporting validated systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, integrity, and credibility.
• Results focused, with a demonstrated track record of getting things done.
• Attention to detail and a concern for quality.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s or master's degree in IT, IS, Engineering, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in software technical and business analysis with medium and large customers in
various roles such as business analyst, consultant, or implementation lead for enterprise solutions in the laboratory
sciences industry, specifically, developing and deploying solutions catering to one or more areas of discovery, research,
development, or manufacturing.
• Proven success as a key participant, lead, or manager of technology consulting engagements.
