You Are:

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst II to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of technical expertise, analytical capabilities, and domain knowledge to support and enhance our systems and processes. This role involves working closely with end-users, conducting root cause analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions in alignment with business objectives.

 

 

The Opportunity:

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

·       Manage and resolve incidents through engagement with end-users, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing timely solutions.

·       Support and enhance systems by leveraging domain knowledge in Membership & Provider Data and UM/CM.

·       Utilize tools like JIRA and ServiceNow (SNOW) for project tracking and incident management.

·       Analyze and monitor enterprise systems using tools such as Splunk and Datadog to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

·       Develop and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and user manuals.

·       Provide support for data-related activities, including querying and analyzing data in SQL, MongoDB, and DB2 databases.

·       Collaborate with teams using SAFe Agile practices, participating in sprints and agile ceremonies.

·       Assist in the development, troubleshooting, and analysis of APIs and Java-based applications.

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

 

What You Need:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

·       Proficiency in JIRA, ServiceNow (SNOW), and enterprise monitoring tools such as Splunk and Datadog.

·       Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve complex issues.

·       Solid knowledge of Membership & Provider Data and UM/CM domains.

·       Hands-on experience with databases such as SQL, MongoDB, and DB2.

·       Familiarity with SAFe Agile practices and methodologies.

·       Experience with Java programming and working with APIs.

·       Knowledge of enterprise systems and monitoring tools.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with end-users and cross-functional teams.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range: $65,000-$97,000

 

 

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
