Roles and Responsibilities:

Work directly with key business and IT partners in support of projects and ongoing activities

Handle the requests for creating & updating users, projects and reports in system within the decided SLA.

Drive the system compliance through creating dedicated reports & dashboards

Test the new features and functions thoroughly in the test environment before deployment

Build reports and dashboards in PPM Pro and Power BI environment

Support in data maintenance / conversion activities between systems

Ensure that the resource & project data is getting cleaned up periodically

Build & maintain vital documentations required for system maintenance (guidelines / SOP / work records)

 Co-ordinate with global IT and vendors for fixing issues and bugs

Work in an office environment

Occasional travel (less than 10%)

Expected Qualification / Skills:

Education: 

Bachelor’s Degree (B-Tech / BE) with 5+ years / Masters with 2+ years of IT experience in deploying / maintaining systems

Experience in the implementation / maintenance of sophisticated IT systems is required (Enterprise Resource Management System / Project & Portfolio Management Systems – preferably PPM Pro / Innotas)

Experience developing sophisticated calculated fields to derive data from the standard information available.

Experience in creating sophisticated reports and dashboards in Power BI is needed

Candidates with strong analytical skills and an understanding of customer & system integrations

Ability to take care of ambiguity and the corresponding capacity to make decisions or recommendations based on potentially incomplete information.

Ability to quickly understand and adjust to changing business needs and drive system impact / change on its success.

Must be able to optimally communicate (listen, speak, present and write) with colleagues, customers, vendors and all levels of management

Outstanding detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills.

Strong time management skills, prioritization abilities and “take ownership of issues and tasks”.

Outstanding skills required in Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio etc.)

Ability to work both independently and in a diverse team environment
