Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This is a full-time, exempt/salary position on UCHealth's IT Imaging team. This is a "hybrid" position..50% on-site and 50% work-from-home. Some regional Travel is required. Summary: Performs analysis of the daily use and administration of assigned IT system(s). Responsibilities: + Assists with the planning, design, development, and installation of assigned systems. Tests and troubleshoots existing and proposed assigned system(s). + Provides analysis of the usage and return-on-investment of installed and proposed assigned system(s). + Generates reports as requested, including writing specifications for custom reports. + Provides training, support and troubleshooting to end users. Documents end-user issues and recommends steps to prevent recurrences. + Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action. Requirements: + High School diploma or GED. + 2 years of relevant experience. Preferred: + Bachelor's degree + Administration of PACS, VNA, Radiology and Mammography systems, 3D post processing and other imaging support systems + experience with DICOM, HL7, hardware/software support, HIS/RIS, networking, database/workstation IT security, HL7 interfaces and server administration We improve lives.
