We are seeking a Systems Analyst 2-IT (IC2) with strong SQL and advanced MS Excel knowledge. This critical role addresses the increased workload and required experienced analysts. The candidate will manage configuration tickets, process change requests, and oversee user management, focusing on Millennium Build Configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily system operations, Triage, and SCRUM Master tasks. Implement and support technical solutions, contributing to Automation, Upskilling, and Roadmap Initiatives. Mentor associates, lead team discussions, and manage stakeholder communications.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Advance SQL and MS Excel, and automation scripting. Knowledge of Millennium tools, Tech-portal, Remedy, and Jira. Experience in Agile methodologies and self-directed learning. Service Management and Change Management experience (3+ years). Cloud solutions experience, particularly OCI.

Expectations:

Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple Jira and Remedy tickets. Rotational shifts, including late night hours logout. (Login time: 3:30pm and Logout time: 12:30am IST) Strong problem-solving abilities and self-motivation.
