Lead a team of Systems Analysts Gathers information, documents and analyses business needs and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes. Liaises with stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organization and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals Responsible for the documentation and analysis required to deliver digital product and experiences including but not limited to user stories. Requires work to be carried out in a collaborative way, using agile and lean methods. Plays a critical role in the software delivery lifecycle—from functional specification, development, and testing. Creates and maintain high-quality business analysis artifacts, including specifications, user story, etc. Identify the risks associated with the proposed solution as well as the risk for not implementing the solution
