Qualification requirements:

Master's degree preferably in management or industrial engineering.
At least five years of work experience in a similar job position.

Proficient in APQC process management.
Familiarity with EMCG industry.
Familiarity with ISO standards.
Familiarity with EFQM.
Familiarity with English language.
Familiarity with Rakharan software.
