This role is an excellent opportunity to experience various aspects of technical support for Intel Client products, including mobile PC, tablet, Desktop and workstation. In this professional position, you will work independently and with a team to fulfill organizational goals related to support external customers through several phases of the product life cycle, collaborating also with internal teams to help customer to deliver best products of the market, partnering with Customer Research and Development and manufacturing teams to ensure product ramp providing health oversight with rapid technical support and systematic improvement action. Details include but not limited to: customer technical training, customer design review, customer co-engineering development, project power on and issue support, and broadly technical communication and negotiation.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or computer science
- Good attitude, willing to ask, willing to learn, willing to do.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Understand high speed board schematics and layout design
- Hands-on experience working in engineering/design environments, better to be familiar the popular EDA tools.
- Knowledge of Intel x86 architecture would be an added advantage
- Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English
- Those who can speak Korean will be given priority
