Responsibilities Design and develop a comprehensive architecture for INR's multi-domain intelligence networks, ensuring robust, reliable, efficient, and secure system functionality across all security levels.Lead the strategic modernization initiatives, including cloud migration efforts, to optimize INR's IT capabilities in line with the bureau's mission and objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and integrate new technologies and systems, ensuring seamless interoperability and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.Develop technical management plans and conduct advanced technical studies to recommend maintenance, modernization, or improvements to the INR IT networks, including INRISS and other relevant systems.Engage in the procurement process, providing technical expertise in the selection and acquisition of hardware and software that aligns with INR's operational requirements and strategic direction.Oversee the implementation of cybersecurity measures, including routine network scans, configuration management, and adherence to government-wide cyber priorities like Zero Trust Architecture.Provide technical leadership in the development and maintenance of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring the delivery of IT services that meet or exceed performance standards.Ensure compliance with all IC and Department of State policies and guidelines, maintaining the integrity and security of INR's IT infrastructure.Act as a key point of contact for the COR/GTMs, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of technical issues.Facilitate knowledge transfer and documentation to support effective transition-in and transition-out processes as required by the BPA.Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within INR's IT landscape.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree – Information or Computer Systems a plusPrior demonstrated knowledge in creating and/or expanding domain capabilities, design system integration, zero trust implement, task automation, etc.Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT systems architecture, with a focus on intelligence or government IT networksExperience handling multiple projects at onceExperience taking over management of projects at different levels of completionProven track record in managing complex IT modernization projects, including cloud migration and integration of multi-domain systems.In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles and experience with tools such as ACAS, RedSeal, and compliance with NIST standards.Relevant certifications such as DoD Directive 8570 compliance or equivalent industry-recognized credentialsMust be a U.S. Citizen and possess a TS/SCI security clearance  Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

Networking Certifications a plusCertified Information Security Manager (CISM) a plusProject Management Professional preferredGood working skills in Remedy trouble ticketing and asset management systemPrevious working experience at DoS is desirable, but not required
