PDS Tech Commercial, Inc is seeking highly skilled candidates for an Assembler - Systems role in North Charleston, SC. This position involves performing complex assembly operations on structural parts, subassemblies, and various aircraft systems. You will be part of a dynamic team, ensuring the functional readiness of aircraft components.

Job Title: Assembler - Systems
Job Type: Full-time; Consultant (6 months)
Location: North Charleston, SC 29418
Schedule: Monday to Friday, must be willing and able to work any shift based on business needs.

Pay Rate: $30.74-$39.14/HR

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced assembly operations on structural parts, mechanical assemblies, and aircraft systems.

Utilize manual and automated tools to perform assembly tasks and repair procedures.

Conduct aircraft systems installations, functional tests, and operational tests to ensure flight readiness.

Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of aircraft systems, including power, hydraulics, and in-flight entertainment (IFE) systems.

Handle composite repairs, sealant applications, and exterior panel work.

Collaborate with a travel team to support aircraft maintenance and readiness across multiple locations.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

7+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance and systems assembly.

A&P License is highly preferred, but candidates with extensive aviation experience may be considered without it.

Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, including power, hydraulics, and IFE systems.

Experience in functional and operational testing of aircraft systems.

Expertise in exterior panel work, sealants, paint, ti-foil, and composite repairs.

Technical/Software Skills Required:

Aircraft maintenance and repair.

Systems installation and troubleshooting.

Functional and operational test proficiency.

In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) system maintenance and testing.

Schedule Flexibility:

Ability to work any shift based on business needs, Monday to Friday.
