Responsibilities\nEnsure accurate data entry and updates for outbound shipments, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping.\nCollaborate with sales and logistics teams to coordinate order fulfillment and shipment scheduling.\nGenerate reports and analyze data to support decision-making and process improvement in outbound operations.\nCoordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure proper picking, packing, and loading procedures are followed.\nMonitor and track outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.\nSupport system upgrades and implementations, including testing and user acceptance.\nProvide training and support to warehouse personnel on the use of the outbound system.\nAdhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with health and safety regulations.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system integration and workflow efficiency in outbound processes.\nRequirements\nWith Bachelors Degree of any course.\nWith job experience in Warehouse systems and ability to navigate and input information via warehouse management system.\nWith extensive knowledge in using Microsoft office. Proficient particularly in Excel application.\nCan write and understand English.\nAble to communicate well with Superiors and Customers.\n
