Essential Responsibilities:
Configuring and monitoring Jira, QuickBase and other software systemsInterpreting user stories into system changes and implementing those changesTesting the system configuration for consistent user experience and ensuring data integrityPresenting system functionality to users through live and recorded demosInvestigating the root cause of system bugs and implementing fixesBuilding reports and dashboards to enable users to find their dataPreparing data sets for import through Excel, Power BIAddressing user requests by analyzing the problem and presenting a solutionParticipating in all scrum ceremoniesUpdating system documentation and user guidesCreating workflow diagrams with VisioQualifications:
Degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, business information systems, mathematics, or similar discipline or equivalent work experience. New grads with co-op experience are welcome to apply.Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, QuickBaseStrong communication skills, written and verbalStrong attention to detailExperience with solving problems within complex systemsKnowledge of programming languages: Python, Groovy, SQL is an asset.Work Conditions:
