\n-Position:?Systems Coordinator
\n-Shift:?2nd Shift 3:00pm to 11:00pm Monday-Friday (Flexibility to work 12:00pm to 8:00pm as required during initial start)
\n-Pay:?$21.95?per hour.?
\nIn addition to the general job description below, the ideal will also have the following skills:?
\nSupply Chain, Oracle, WMS - Manhattan, Windowed Product Suite, RF Scanners, Zebra Printers,Wave Planner.
\nA?minimum of (1) one year's experience in the following:
\n-Prioritizing, scheduling and coordinating tasks related to PC's, Printers, Scanners, RF Devices
\n-Experience using a commercial WMS (warehouse management system) such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP, etc.
\n-Microsoft Office software, including Excel is required.
\n-This is a hands-on role that is spent most of shift out on the warehouse floor and moving to and from multiple areas of the building to include extended period of standing and walking.

Role Purpose:
Assists in the installation, maintenance, and general support of systems. Assists users with questions or problems. May help perform system backups and recovery and install new software.
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for operational system integrity, including setup and control.Facilitate site(s) Warehouse Management System with proficiency.Assist management with facility layout and design to efficiently utilize the WMS.Project development and implementation.Monitor WMS for inventory management control.Interface with operation staffs to maximize system efficiencies.Develop, implement, and monitor sites performance systemically.Analyze system discrepancies; generation of reports as necessary.May write crystal programs as required to facilitate the success of the total network.Interface with customer host representative to identify and resolve issues systemically.Diagnose complex end user device issues, recommend and document process for resolutions.Develop and maintain training materials and guides to using the system.Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent1-2 years of WMS experienceProficient in report writing –; 1 to 2 years experienceOur Organization is an equal opportunity employer.
